Important Program Information:
Walmart locations staffed during AEP are now open for OEP selection. Please note: if the store did not achieve the 25-enrollment minimum, an appeal will need to be entered within the enrollment request to determine if the agent will be permitted to remain for OEP.
Agents are in store for AEP until December 15th and return to the stores for OEP on January 2nd through March 31st.
Each store location must be staffed for a minimum of 20 hours per location. This can be split between agents if necessary.
Cost Breakdown per store location:
Rental cost per store will be $600 for January 2nd through March 31st.
IFG will not be charging a minimum guarantee, however, the expectation remains for all enrollments to be entered into the Sunfire Retail Portal.
The cost per enrollment will be $100 per MA/MAPD/MS, $25 per PDP, and $23 per ACA.
Renewals will be calculated at $50 per MA/MAPD/MS and $6 per PDP.
Sam’s Club locations are not available to be staffed during OEP and ROY.
