Timely Response to Requests
As a reminder, agencies are required to respond to all requests, including but not limited to complaints, CTMs, and audits, in a comprehensive manner with detailed information by the specified due date. If additional time is required to address a request, please ensure that you promptly acknowledge receipt of the email along with your request for additional time.
Timely and thorough communication is essential to maintaining carrier compliance requirements.
*Failure to respond may lead to IFG issuing a corrective action, carrier’s withholding commissions, or deeming an allegation founded.

Prior to ending the call, all agents must ensure the beneficiary understands the following:
When to expect their plan benefits/details in the mail
Enrollment/Confirmation code
Carrier’s name and CS phone number

Adam Rees
Adam Rees leads with one guiding principle: Never Give Up. A native of Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, Adam’s journey has been defined by resilience—from overcoming a life-changing football injury in high school to building a successful career across politics, entrepreneurship, and insurance.
After studying government at Campbell University and working as a speechwriter on Capitol Hill, Adam launched his own marketing firm. Eight years later, he joined forces with his brother Tyler and close friends to co-found Innovative Financial Group.
Adam believes deeply in the power of real human connection. He leads with empathy, focusing on helping others grow and succeed. His approach to leadership is rooted in kindness, development, and a genuine care for the people around him.
Peter Walker
Peter Walker has been an integral part of IFG for over five years, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to every role he holds. Currently serving as Head of Medicare Sales, Peter plays a key role in strengthening our relationships with partners and driving strategic growth in the Medicare space.
With a strong background as a National Sales Director, Peter has a proven track record in the insurance industry. His expertise spans Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplements, Prescription Health Plans, Health and Life Insurance, and exceptional customer service. His deep understanding of the industry and commitment to excellence make him a trusted leader and resource within our team.
Peter is a proud graduate of Kennesaw State University and continues to bring both strategic insight and a collaborative spirit to his work every day.
Jim Randas
With over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jim brings a deep well of knowledge and leadership to his role as Head of Life Sales Distribution at IFG. Though he’s been with IFG for just under a year, his impact is already being felt through his strategic insight and passion for building strong, scalable systems.
Jim’s career has been marked by the successful development of multiple agencies across various IMOs, along with the creation of robust recruiting and training platforms. His expertise lies in final expense insurance, where he’s built a reputation for excellence and innovation.
Outside of work, Jim is a true jack of all trades. He plays multiple instruments, enjoys working on cars and motorcycles, and spends his free time remodeling houses. His hands-on approach and creative mindset are evident both in and out of the office.
Agent Marketing & Communication Training
We’re excited to offer Agent Marketing & Communication Training sessions throughout July—designed to provide agents with essential compliance guidance when submitting marketing and communication materials for review.
Whether you’re new to the process or looking for a refresher, we encourage you to attend so that we can help you understand submission expectations, avoid common errors, and ensure your materials meet CMS requirements in advance of the upcoming AEP season.
